Pricing & Payments
All prices are given in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of delivery costs.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our payment gateway, Paymark Click. Cardholder data is protected by their secure token technology on PCI 3.1 compliant platform. 

As we only operate as an online store, any gift boxes sold out should not be available for purchase on the site. In the unlikely event that a error of stock quantity occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and either give you the option of refunding your order, or providing an alternative replacement.

Order Process
Payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm your order via the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received.

Once an order has been placed, it is unable to be cancelled or altered.

Refund & Replacements
Due to the nature of our business, we don’t accept returns on any gift boxes unless goods were faulty or damaged on delivery.
If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your items to arrange a return of the damaged goods, and to arrange a new replacement to be sent out.
You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return and Boxstar will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you.
We have a policy of no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Information Security
Boxstar is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. We will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance. The information we collect is used solely to process your order.
