How long will my order take to arrive?
Our lovely courier person picks up our postal loot Monday to Friday. We suggest allowing 2-3 days, or 3-4 days rural delivery. Although if it is urgent we can arrange overnight delivery within New Zealand for an additional fee.

Can you guarantee the times it will arrive?
We would love to say your boxstar will definitely be there at a certain time, but there’s just no guarantees. We do our very best to make sure it does by using a great courier supplier, sending track and trace numbers direct to you, and getting your gifts out the door urgently. But please be aware that there’s bigger things at play sometimes.

Eeek! I forgot! Can I get my boxstar there urgently?
Sure can! Contact us before 3pm Monday to Thursday to get on the ‘overnight’ bandwagon for an additional fee.

Will the box be packed like it is in the photos?
It sure will! Packed carefully in wood wool (that scrunchy brown stuff) then wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed with a sticker. You’re note is then added to the top before the box is closed and wrapped in a courier bag. There may be some movement during shipping but we try our best to pack them snug to avoid this.

Do you ship Worldwide?
At the moment we are only shipping within New Zealand. But watch this space, we’re working on getting it to different locations.

Can I return a box?
Unfortunately no. But if your product is faulty please get in touch.

Do you ever get new gifts?
We sure do! We’re always on the hunt for new products. If you have something you’d love to see us stock then please get in touch.

I like something from one box, but something from a different box. Can I customise the contents?
